Refund & Return Policy

Because every piece is made to order, we ask that you check our Size Guide carefully before ordering.

Returns & exchanges
We accept returns and size exchanges within 14 days of delivery, for items that are unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives faulty or incorrect, we'll make it right with a free replacement or full refund — just email us within 7 days with a photo.

Return shipping
Customers cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns. We cover it for faulty or incorrect items.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
