How does made-to-order work?
Every piece is cut and sewn by hand after you order — it isn't pulled from a shelf. This means less waste, better quality, and a piece made specifically for you.

When will my order ship?
Every piece is made to order, so we cut and sew yours by hand after you order. Your order ships within 10–14 business days, with tracking. We currently ship to the US and Canada.

What is "First Cut" pricing?
First Cut is our early-bird price. The earlier you order in a run, the less you pay. Once a run fills up, pricing returns to its Original. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

How much is shipping, and where do you ship?
We ship across the United States and Canada. Shipping is a flat $18 per order — and completely free when you order two or more pieces.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns and size exchanges within 14 days of delivery, for items that are unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. If anything arrives faulty or incorrect, email us within 7 days with a photo and we'll make it right.

How do I choose the right size?
Check our Size Guide before ordering. Since each piece is made for you, we want to get it right the first time. Not sure? Email us your measurements and we'll help.

How should I care for my piece?
Care instructions are included with every order. As a rule, gentle washing and air drying keeps handmade pieces looking their best for years.
