How does made-to-order work?
Every piece is cut and sewn by hand after you order — it isn't pulled from a shelf. Less waste, better quality, and a piece made specifically for you.

When will my order ship?
Every piece is made to order — cutting and hand-sewing begin only after you place your order, and your piece is dispatched in 5–7 business days. Once it ships, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

How much is shipping, and where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Shipping is a flat $10 per order — and free when you order two pieces or more. Orders outside the US and Canada may be subject to import duties and VAT charged by your local customs.

What is the 10% first-order discount?
It's our welcome gift to new customers. Enter the code WELCOME10 at checkout and you'll get 10% off your first order with Meavyn. One use per account.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns and size exchanges within 30 days of delivery, for items that are unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Email us at support@meavyn.com to start a return and we'll send you instructions and the return address — we cover return shipping. If anything arrives faulty or incorrect, email us within 7 days with a photo and we'll make it right.

How do I choose the right size?
Check the Size Guide before ordering. Each product page has its own measurement table, taken from the garment laid flat — allow about an inch either way. If you're between sizes or unsure, email us at support@meavyn.com and we'll help you choose.
